And in those cases, these organizations or individuals, may depend on computer projector rental services. There are many places online and off that will rent you a quality computer projector.

The prices for computer projectors vary greatly, but even the inexpensive ones can be costly. On the inexpensive end you may pay $2000, if you need more advanced features, you could spend nearly $20,000. So it is not a huge surprise that this is unaffordable for many organizations. These are great if you plan on creating a small presentation for about 25 people or less. It is also adequate if you are only showing text and images that don't require a lot of detail. If you want to rent out a low-budget meeting projector and it may cost about $350 for a week.

If you need a middle-of-the-road, a computer projector rental, these are usually designed for 100 people or less. It will cost you a little bit more, about $200 for daily rental and $400 for the week.

If you have a very large meeting in a large space coming up and you need your images to be very detailed, then you will want to look at a high-end meeting projector. This will cost you about $250 per day or $500 for the week.

Computer projectors are great for showing videos, PowerPoint presentations or images to employees or other groups in a meeting setting. The type of projector that you will need will be dependent upon how big the venue is, the amount of people that need to view the material and where you're going to present it. Computer projector rental can really come in handy for groups or individuals who have need a projector but who don’t have money in their budget to pay for one in full.
